A wise friend this week encouraged me not to take things personally. People make decisions for themselves all the time and it's easy to take them to heart.Today is really windy, so I expect the lovely leaves won't linger long. Council workers were sweeping up leaves from the park path as I passed - seems a bit of a thankless task on such a windy day. Here's a view from my bedroom window.
